Joe is the Executive Director of the Bay Area Youth Network (Baynet). After graduating from North Central University in 1999 he moved to the area, founded Baynet, and has grown it into the ministry that we see today. Joe shares his passion for ministry through different speaking engagements as well as teaching leadership training.
